Airport arrival & transfer to Dal lake Houseboat by pvt. vehicle. It’s one of the most gorgeous destinations in the country; however, the moment you get off your flight, the sight of extra security outside the airport, might hassle you a bit. After having breakfast in your houseboat, head toward Pahalgam. (90km, 2.5hour) The drive is not very hectic as the scenic views will keep you occupied throughout the way. Majestic peaks in the backdrop and colorful flower-laden meadows make this hill station a must-visit. You can hire ponies for a trip to Thajiwas glacier, or can enjoy treks along several mountain lakes. It also serves as a base for those undertaking the trek to the Amarnath cave.
